Proper hair prep has always been a non-negotiable for every single one of my up-styles. I’ll never ask my brides or bridal parties to do any curling or volume blows prior to me styling the hair because let’s be honest we never do it as good as a hairdresser AND why would you want to sit there curling or volume blowing your hair the night the before.

When prep is done right you also have a great foundation for your up-style which helps it look smooth, shiny and great in photos - it also makes it last longer.

Would you build a 🏠 without first laying down the foundations?
Without the proper foundations the house would start falling apart after a while from weather conditions and the environment.
Same goes with prep before a style, if you don’t have the foundations established the hair will just fall apart as the day goes on.

Good Prep = Longevity and Hold
