Fun skin fact of the day: A lot of my clients get confused about exfoliating and how many times a week they should be doing it and how it works. When exfoliating you want to make sure that you’re doing it about 2 to 3 times a week depending on your skin and how sensitive you are but nothing more than that. On a daily basis every minute of the day we lose about 30 to 40,000 dead skin cells of the surface of our skin. So we want to make sure that we are exfoliating to get rid of those dead skin cells so that we can have brighter and healthier skin and to help your product pe*****te into the skin.
