We are two sisters who are passionate about helping women with health, wellness, fitness, and overall life balance.
We developed Slim Mama Co. in 2018 because we have a passion for helping others, and we wanted to develop a platform to share our knowledge with as many Mamas and future Mamas as possible!
We both bring unique backgrounds and experiences to Slim Mama Co. Nikki is a Mama who has worked in the fitness industry for many years, including owning her own gym. She lost 20kg postpartum after having her gorgeous daughter Luna (who you will see modelling for us on our socials).
Kristy brings her expertise in nutrition and fitness to Slim Mama Co. In 2018, she graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Public Health (Health Promotion). She finished with a distinction average and was in the top 5% of her cohort. In addition to her academic studies, Kristy has worked in the fitness and weight-loss industry for 9 years as both a weight loss consultant and a personal trainer.

The Slim Mama Shake was developed because we wanted to design a meal replacement shake that will support you with your health and weight loss objectives and help you get your health on track - no matter how busy your day is!

OUR VISION
Here at Slim Mama Co, we understand how hard it can be to find time to hit the gym and prepare meals while looking after yourself and your family. We also understand that Mamas don’t have the time or the brain space to stick to a crazy strict diet. This is why we are firm believers in the 80/20 rule - 80% health foods and 20% treat foods. The proof is in the pudding... and we love pudding!
