I massage to your comfort. If you want light pressure, super relaxing then that is what you can expect. If you want firm pressure with all the kinks being ironed out, then that is what you will get. I you want lymphatic drainage mixed with remedial, yes you guessed it, that is what you will receive. I always encourage my clients to not be afraid to communicate during the massage on any adjustments they need. That could be pressure or even positioning. We will take a few minutes at the start of your treatment to discuss how you are currently feeling, what areas you would like particular attention to, pressure required and current health update to name a few questions. If you don't want to talk during your treatment, that is fine. If you want to natter the whole time, knock yourself out! The time is yours and I have become a superb listener, I sometimes even tell a few stories of my own to brighten your day if you are feeling a bit down.
