★MEET-UPS★

Meet-ups are available in Melbourne city (CBD) or on request suburb, however meet-up charges may be applied depending on the request destination.

★TERMS & CONDITIONS★

1. All payments must be submitted within 48 hours after the submission of your order. If no payment is received during this time your order may not be processed.

2. Once your order is confirmed and your payment is received, no cancellation/refunds are allowed. We strictly don't do refunds or accept exchanges after purchase, so please pick and choose wisely.

3. Pre-order items are not held in stock and orders may take up to 2 - 3 weeks after the end of the order batch has ended to be shipped. For payment details please refer to above.

5. Meet-ups are entitled to 50% deposit for in-stock items and the remainder of the payment will be required upon delivery of the order.

6. If the item you've already paid for is sold out, out of stock or discontinued by the supplier, your money will be fully refunded.

7. U-NiQ is not liable for any loss or damage to packages once they have been sent out.

8. U-NiQ reserves the right to change any terms or conditions without prior notice.

9. Please note that there may be slight variations in your items due to monitor settings, lighting of the photograph, editing and models' figures.

10. Please bear in mind, that all pictures are only reference to the real items, therefore note that there may be a slight difference in the actual piece due to the computer monitor settings, lighting during photography, editing of the pictures and the models' figure. The real item will hold up to 80% similarity when compared.

11. All goods will be inspected and guaranteed that there is no flaw, damaged on any item, so buyers can rest assured therefore can not be returned or refunded once it has been shipped out.
