If I had to simplify a good hair routine, it would be:
1. a good shampoo
2. a conditioner suited to your hair
3. one leave-in product
4. heat protection (non-negotiable)
You don’t need 10 products, you just need the right ones.

HAIR MYTHS!!
Quick tip you probably haven’t been told:
Your conditioner isn’t working properly if your hair is too wet.
Squeeze the water out first, THEN apply.
It actually lets the product absorb instead of sliding off.
Tiny change, big difference.
A good hair appointment isn’t rushed.
It’s understanding:
• your lifestyle
• how much effort you actually want to put in
• what your hair can realistically do
• and what will still look good in 6–8 weeks
My goal is never just the “after photo”.
It’s how your hair feels every day after you leave.
