💛 Busy Mum. Big Results. 5kgs and 5cms off! 💛

When Joanna first came to us, she just wanted to feel like herself again.

She wanted more energy, to feel comfortable in her clothes, get stronger, and look after her future health not just for herself, but for her three kids too 💛

It wasn’t exactly the easiest season of life. With a baby under one, two other little ones to look after, and trying to find time for herself, training and nutrition could have easily fallen to the bottom of the list.

But she kept showing up.
She focused on the small things she could do, and over time, they’ve added up to some incredible results 🙌

✨ Glute bridge up from 7kg to 57.5kg 💪

The thing we’re most impressed by isn’t just the numbers it’s the consistency. Joanna turns up, does what she can, and keeps moving forward, even when it would be easier in the moment not too.

And we’ve loved watching not only your progress, but your little one grow up too... now walking around the studio! 🥹❤️

⭐ 17kgs down and feeling amazing! – Flora ⭐
When Fleur first came to us, she just didn’t feel like herself anymore.

She didn’t recognise the person looking back at her in the mirror. Stress had crept up, her health had taken a back seat, and she knew it was time to start looking after herself again not just physically, but mentally too. She wanted to invest in her future health for both herself and her family.

One thing we love about Flora is that she doesn’t just listen to feedback. She actually puts it into action.

⭐ Client Spotlight – Vaughn & Dylan ⭐

These two couldn't be more different... but they make a pretty good team 😆

Vaughn and Dylan both came to us wanting the same thing: to get fitter, improve their health, and build habits that will benefit them for years to come.

One thing they knew from the start was that they'd do better with a bit of accountability. So they teamed up, and it's been great to watch.

Every session comes with plenty of banter, laughs, and a healthy dose of competition. They're pretty evenly matched, but each has their own strengths, which means they're always pushing each other to squeeze out one more rep or lift a little heavier 💪
They've made training something they actually look forward to, and that's a big reason they've stayed so consistent.

Boys, it's been awesome watching you both put in the work while keeping it fun. Keep pushing each other, it's so good to see! 👏🔥

⭐ Trainer Spotlight – Sulav ⭐

Sulav doesn't only do a lot in terms of training clients but also behind the scenes. And it doesn't go unnoticed.

As our Group Class Manager, he's taken on a huge amount of responsibility and has grown massively as a coach and leader over the last year 👏

If you've ever wondered how he manages to fit everything in, we're still trying to figure it out 😆 His time management is next level.

What stands out most though is how willing he is to help. Whether it's answering questions from other trainers, helping solve problems, or jumping in when someone needs support, he's always there.

He's just as committed to the team as he is to his clients. The results his clients achieve speak for themselves, and he's genuinely invested in helping people become the best version of themselves 💪

Lately, he's stepped into even more of a leadership role, helping drive standards, support the team, and continue building the culture that makes A Team what it is.

🤰💪 Training Through Pregnancy – Jeanine 💛

When Jeanine first came to us, her goal was to lose a bit of weight, get stronger, and build a healthy foundation for the future.
She knew she wanted kids one day and wanted to give herself the best possible base going into that stage of life.

Fast forward to now... Jeanine is pregnant! 🥰

What's been so awesome to see is that she's continued to prioritise her health and training throughout her pregnancy. She understands that strength training isn't just about feeling good now, it's about supporting her body during pregnancy and setting herself up for a smoother recovery postpartum 💪✨

She keeps showing up, looking after herself, and doing what she can at each stage of the journey.
And honestly, one of the best parts has been seeing the excitement along the way. Every update, every milestone, every little bit of news. It's been so special to watch unfold ❤️

Jeanine, thank you for trusting us and allowing us to be a small part of such an exciting chapter in your life. We're so happy for you and can't wait to keep cheering you on every step of the way 🥰

🏆25kgs Down - The Power of Small Habits🏆

Three years ago, Jun Nee walked through our doors wanting to lose a few centimetres, get stronger, and be a good role model for her kids.
One thing she was very clear on from the start? She didn't want to track food or focus heavily on the scale. In the past, that had become a little too obsessive, so we worked with what suited her and built a plan around her needs.
From day one, she was committed.

Fast forward to now...
✨ 25kg+ down
✨ Over 15cm off her waist
✨ Hip thrusting over 100kg
✨ Working towards her first pull-up
✨ Running 3km non-stop after never being a runner
✨ A-Team Client of the Year 🏆

But the numbers only tell part of the story.
Jun Nee is the type of person who always finds a way. She recently hurt her wrist, but instead of stopping, she came in and asked what she could do. That's just who she is.
Training and looking after herself isn't a chore anymore. It's just part of her life.
