I am currently seeking 10 people to participate in an essential oil study that I helping run next month.

Oils for emotional support 💕
I have been feeling so cranky and irritable this week (hello period!) and it's also been challenging trying to help Lily with her broken arm so these are my go oils when I need some extra support emotionally.
I normally apply Balance every single today to the soles of my feet, my neck and chest but I have been neglecting that part of my morning routine the last couple of weeks and it's made a huge difference. So out came my trusty roller to help me feel grounded, calm and peaceful.
I also love Frankincense to help support anxious feelings and wellness and it blends so well with Balance, the perfect combo for this stressed out, tired mama!!

One of my favourite ways to use essential oils is aromatically - either diffusing or inhaling the aroma from the bottle directly.
Because oils are volatile, they are easily and quickly absorbed into the body through the olfactory system. Diffusing can help affect mood, cleanse the air, maintain emotional health and support breathing.
Some of my favourite blends are:
*On Guard, Easy Air and Lemon to help with wellness, mood and clear breathing
*Peppermint and Wild Orange-red great for mornings when you are feeling sluggish, tired and need a boost in mood and energy
*Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint for seasonal threats and clear breathing
*Frankincese, Cedarwood and Adaptiv for restful sleep, calming and relaxing the mind

***Moisturising body butter***
I have been using my kids stash of body butter that I had made for them to help with their eczema and my skin has been loving it during these colder, wintery months so I made up another batch tonight with a few changes to the oils and it smells delicious 💕
You will need:
Equal amounts of shea butter, cacao butter and coconut oil.
Essential oils of your choice: I chose these oils☝as they are amazing for your skin and are really nourishing, restorative, soothing, calming and great for skin appearance.
Melt all the ingredients and combine and then add in about 5-10 drops of each oil and you're done! Super quick, easy and cheap.
