BANANA RICE PAPER PIE

What you need (makes 3):
6 rice paper sheets
2 eggs
1 tbsp nut milk
1 tbsp coconut sugar or stevia
1 tsp melted ghee or coconut oil
1 small banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop DEWY collagen
Cinnamon to taste
How to make:

Whisk eggs, nut milk, coconut sugar + ghee together. Mash banana with peanut butter + your DEWY collagen. Dip rice paper in the egg mix, let the excess drip, then stack 2 sheets together. Add the banana mix to the centre and fold into a roll. Air fry at 350°F for 10 mins until golden and crispy — keep an eye on them.
