One of our favourite recipes from last week’s morning at KAFÉ with Léonie Bouchet: DEWY Gummies.

A simple way to enjoy your daily DEWY ritual, featuring our Finger Lime & Kakadu Plum beauty supplement, with optional finger lime pearls for a fresh burst of citrus.

Ingredients
• 2 DEWY sachets
• 2 tsp agar agar
• 200ml water
• Optional: finger lime pearls or fresh plum pieces

+ Combine the water and agar agar in a small saucepan.
+ Gently warm over low heat, stirring until dissolved.
+ Remove from the heat and whisk through the DEWY sachets.
+ Pour into silicone moulds and add finger lime pearls or plum pieces to each mould.
+ Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
+ Remove from moulds and serve with extra finger lime pearls on top.

Equal parts beauty ritual and afternoon treat.

Last week, Pernille joined The Gut Cø Muse Léonie Bouchet for a special morning at KAFÉ in Brunswick as part of Léonie’s two-week residency with Racine × Mesa.

Guests were welcomed with a DEWY cocktail before gathering around the table for a morning centred on nourishment, connection and conversation. Together, Léonie and Pernille shared the story behind the residency, The Gut Cø, and the daily rituals that support wellbeing from within.

The morning unfolded through hands-on recipe making, with guests creating nourishing gut bowls, overnight oats and banana bread smoothies together, before settling in for an open discussion on the gut–brain–skin connection and the powerful role our daily habits play in supporting both health and beauty.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, asked thoughtful questions, shared stories and spent the morning around the table with us. These are the moments we love most — slowing down, connecting, and remembering that wellness is often built through the small rituals we return to every day.
