It's been a while. Due to my pregnancy, I will be accepting appointments between 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM. There may be times when I have to change appointments due to illness.
I'd like to make an announcement regarding my on-site massage services. Since carrying a 20kg massage table is contraindicated during pregnancy, I would like to ask that you either come to my home for treatment or help me carry the massage table. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation🙏❤️

This exercise helped me a lot from Cervical hernia.
My neck disc is came out and it touched my spinal cord since that I had so much pain and numbness. But now I’m ok because of this exercise.

Personally, I had some hectic times with asthma, a cervical hernia, pregnancy, and a miscarriage, but thanks to the warm support of the people around me and personal rehabilitation exercises, I was able to recover quickly and stay healthy💪✨
