If you're relying on skincare alone to improve your skin, you're missing a big part of the picture.

Collagen is a structural protein your body produces internally.

And to do that, it needs the right inputs.

Nutrition, protein and targeted support.

Without these, even the best skincare routine has its limits.

Swipe through to see exactly what your skin needs to support collagen and repair properly.

We have started to feel the cold now... and your skin feels it too.

When the temperature drops, your skin barrier works harder to hold onto moisture. That is when the right products make all the difference.

Our Nourish collection is crafted specifically for dry, depleted skin that needs a little extra care.

Here is what I will be using:

1. SkinGlow Mist delivers an instant hydration boost, combats the drying effects of heaters and artificial environments, and preps your skin to absorb everything that follows beautifully. Infused with Hyaluronic Acid and Colloidal Gold for that instant surge of moisture and radiance.

2. Galactic SoftGlow is a super-powered yet gentle face oil, hand-blended in small batches and supercharged with Apricot Kernel, Argan, and Sea Buckthorn oils. Rich in omega fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants, it soothes and restores from the very first application.

3. Radiant SkinGlow is a brightening blend infused with Vitamin C and Bakuchiol, a natural alternative to retinol. Gentle enough for sensitive skin, it works with Jojoba, Virgin Buriti, and Broccoli Seed Extract to nourish, protect, and unveil your fresh glow.

4. And do not forget your hands and feet. Our reusable silicone gloves and socks lock in moisture effortlessly, giving you beautiful skin without costing the earth.

Your skin doesn't need more moisture sitting on the surface.

It needs support at the lipid layer.

This is why I'm obsessed with body oiling instead of creams. It's not about trends or texture preferences, it's about how oils actually interact with your skin barrier.

Most lotions are water-based. They feel nice initially, but they don't reinforce the structure your skin needs to hold onto hydration.

Oils do.

They work with your skin's natural lipid composition, reduce water loss, and when you add massage into the process, you're also supporting circulation and tissue softening.

This is especially useful if you're dealing with dryness, reactive skin, or working on stretch mark support.

I've broken down the how and why in the carousel above, the oils that work best, and a simple routine you can start with.

If you've been using creams and still feel like something's missing, this might be it.

What's your experience with body oiling? 🩵

Here is what I do in the cooler months to give my skin more life...

In the mornings, I start slow:

1. I massage CleanGlow Cleanse into dry skin to gently melt away overnight impurities while keeping my skin barrier protected.

2. Then, I spray my SkinGlow Mist on – a burst of hydration that prepares my skin for the nourishment to come.

3. Then I press in MorningGlow Nourish to seal in moisture and bring life back to my complexion.

What is also amazing for dry skin? Some night nourishment Wirth Nightlight and body oiling with Venus BodyGlow

So - that is what is in my beauty bag, what is in yours?

Your skin barrier controls everything... hydration, protection, how your skin responds to the world.

When it’s damaged, your skin becomes dry, sensitive, and reactive to products that used to work fine.

Most barrier damage comes from routines that are simply too aggressive.

Over-exfoliation, harsh cleansers, too many actives at once.

But it’s not just about what you’re putting on your skin.

Hormonal shifts, chronic illness, environmental stress, these all affect how your skin functions and repairs itself.

Skin barrier repair isn’t about adding more products.

It’s about removing what’s causing the damage and giving your skin what it actually needs: lipids, hydration, reduced inflammation, and time.

The key is simplicity and consistency.

If your skin has been feeling tight, dry, or reactive lately, try simplifying your routine and focusing on barrier repair.

If you’ve noticed specific triggers or products that helped, I’d be interested to hear what made a difference.

Something I've been wanting to share with you...

When I first started making skincare, it wasn't because I wanted to start a business.

It was because I was looking for something that actually supported me. Not just my skin, but my whole system. My energy. My nervous system. The parts of me that were running on empty.

And I know I'm not the only one.

So many of the women I talk to are giving constantly. To their kids, their partners, their work, their ageing parents. And somewhere in all of that giving, their own self-care becomes the first thing that gets dropped.

That's why every product I make is vibrationally coded.

It's not just about the ingredients (although they're exceptional - I'm very Virgo about that). It's about creating something that holds a frequency of nourishment, so that even a quick skincare ritual becomes a moment of genuine restoration.

This year's Mother's Day collection was made with exactly that woman in mind.

The Luminous Glow Bundle is the complete ritual. Five of our most-loved products, designed to work together as a full skincare system, so you're not guessing what goes where or layering products that don't belong together.

Inside:
✨ CleanGlow Cleanse (30ml) – Award-winning oil cleanser that melts makeup while nourishing your barrier
✨ Radiant SkinGlow Mist – 2% Hyaluronic Acid + Colloidal Gold for instant hydration and brightness
✨ MorningGlow Serum – Our best-selling day serum for sunlit, radiant skin
✨ Radiant SkinGlow Serum – Bakuchiol + Vitamin C to brighten and renew while you rest
✨ Bright Eyes Super – Natural, lightweight formula to reduce puffiness and soften dark circles
+ BONUS Lymphatic Contour Facial Brush ($33 value).

Valued at $442.

Every product is handcrafted in micro batches in our Sydney studio, energetically coded with reiki, biogeometry, sound healing, and a moon-charged crystal.

The perfect gift for the woman who lights up everyone else's world and forgets her own glow. Or a well-deserved treat for yourself... no justification needed.

Order by 4 May for standard shipping. Express available until ~5 May (East Coast).

This is not an anti-Botox lecture. Your face, your choice.

But there are things we're just not talking about.

There's research looking at whether regular Botox use correlates with reduced emotional empathy. Psychopaths show very little facial movement. The neuromuscular feedback loop between the face and the brain (the one that fires when we feel things) just doesn't function the same way.

Less movement, less signal.

So what happens when we freeze healthy faces?

When we move our face in response to another person's emotion, we're not just reacting. We're feeling with them. It's called emotional mimicry and it happens before we're even conscious of it. It's how humans connect.

And then there's the children piece.

Before children can speak, they learn entirely from watching faces. They are reading us, constantly. The movement of an eyebrow. The shift around the eyes. The way a mouth moves that tells the truth even when words don't match.

When those signals stop being reliable, something in that learning gets interrupted. Not just for us. For them.

I think about my own children when I say this. What I want them to see as normal.

Most women pursuing Botox aren't doing it because they love their face. Most are doing it because they're genuinely struggling with what they see. Because aging scares them. Because somewhere along the way they were told that lines and facial expression are bad.

Nothing you do on the outside is going to fix something you feel on the inside. That's not judgement. That's just the truth I've watched play out.

We are conditioned to do more and more as we age. More invasive, more aggressive, more expensive. I think that's completely backwards. I think you do less as you get older. You just do things differently.

If you've had Botox, you're still welcome here. If you're considering it, if you've decided it's not for you, all of it is okay. I just want us asking the deeper questions. Not just "does this make me look better?" but what is this doing in my whole system? In my relationships? In how I move through the world?

The research is still evolving. But your body knows things before the research catches up.

You wake up tired. Coffee to function. Push through the day. Collapse at night. Repeat.

Your body is in constant fight-or-flight. Your nervous system never gets to rest-and-repair. And your skin? Your skin is showing you exactly what that stress is doing internally.

Radiance at any age comes from cellular health, skin barrier integrity, reduced inflammation, and clearing what's keeping you in the shadows.

You can have wrinkles and still radiate 🩵.

There's skincare.
And then there's something deeper.

For the woman who's ready to do more than nourish her skin this Mother's Day, I've put together something different.

Our Trio of Anointing Oils: Manifest, Connect, and Create.

Each one is vibrationally coded to support a specific intention:
✨ Manifest – for clarity and inner vision
💛 Connect – for heart opening and presence
🔥 Create – for creative fire and inspired action

You can use them together as a full ritual, or reach for the one that matches where you are in any given moment.

They're designed for the woman who knows that true glow comes from the inside out.

Whether you're gifting them to your mum, a friend, or claiming them for yourself, this is the kind of care that goes beyond the surface.
