I’m so excited to be kicking off the year back at teaching again! 🧵✂️ I’ll be running classes every second Saturday of the month and can’t wait to see familiar faces and welcome some new ones too.

Today we celebrated some fantastic progress:

🎉 Two more Bonnie Project Bags well on their way
💙 And two dedicated ladies continuing their gorgeous Jean Irene Quilts

So much creativity, colour, and good company to finish the year on a high note.

What a wonderful day today — full of laughter, stitching, and creativity! 🧵💖

Robyn stitched up a gorgeous table runner using my Sew Swish Christmas Cushion pattern 🎄 — such a clever twist!
Wendy made a cracking start on the brand new Bonnie Project Bag (pattern coming soon 👀), while Margaret, Robyn, Tess, and Annette all joined in on their own Bonnie bags too — so much beautiful fabric and talent in one room!

Margaret’s also been busy gathering all her pretty fabrics for Summer Sorbet, and Wendy continued her lovely work on Jean Irene — such dedication! ✂️

So much progress, creativity, and fun — thank you ladies for another joyful sewing day! 💕

It was such a joy to spend time at the beautiful Bella Fabrics stand with the lovely Jeannie — thank you for having me! ✨

I absolutely loved chatting with so many of you — your stories, creativity, and kindness made it such a special time. 💛

It was great to see so many fabulous quilts hanging. Huge congratulations to Sue Cody for Best in Show! There is just as much fabulous work on the back of her quilt as there is on the front! The more I studied, the more I’m sure those appliquéd birds have cheeky attitudes! What a labour of love! 🦜💕

It’s so lovely to be able to sit and stitch for a little while. I’m playing with some hexagons, not sure what the overall plan is yet but just stitching is food for the soul 💕
