As much as we love the summer sunshine, this life is to move with the ebbs and flow of the seasons - and Autumn is certainly here 🍂🌿

The cooler, drier weather can totally have an affect on your skin so here are some tips to keep that glow going all Autumn long 🙏🏼

1. Stay hydrated. The drier air tends to strip the skin of it’s moisture (as well as extended time in artificial heat!). Keeping hydrated both internally and externally prevents further dryness, flakiness & irritation. Our Native Botanical Mist is perfect for a daily boost 💦

2. Exfoliate. As the skin becomes a little drier, increasing your exfoliation is helpful to ensure those dead skin cells are removed from the outer layer of your skin. This allows for optimal product absorption too🧴

3. Treat your pigmentation. The less harsh sunshine means it’s time to increase your treatments and active ingredients that we tend to hold off on during the Summer months. Retinol, Laser, Peels and Skin Needling are all great to help reduce that summer sun damage that becomes more prominent in the heat 🤎
