Creative Spring Community

🌱 FIRST UNITY ADVENTURE, DONE!

The whole idea behind this was simple.. get people outside, moving, connecting and spending time around good people. No pace to keep. No pressure. No one left behind.

Kids, teenagers, adults, families, support crews and people of all abilities coming together for a morning in the fresh air, exactly what we wanted Unity Adventures to be about.

📍 A new adventure every month.
🥾 A new location.
💚 The same community.

Who’s joining us for the next one?

🌱 UNITY IN COMMUNITY.

Plenty of gems shared along the way. 💎

A massive thank you to Ben for joining us for our EDG Squad Resilience Excursion and sharing his time, his story and his lived experience with the young men.

There’s something powerful about learning from someone who can speak from experience — the challenges, the mistakes, the lessons and, most importantly, what’s possible when you choose a different direction.

Throughout the day, Ben continued to recognise moments to connect with the boys, share some knowledge and remind them about backing themselves, supporting their mates and not needing validation from everyone around them.

The hike tested the boys physically, but conversations like these are where another side of resilience is built.

Grateful to have good men willing to give their time and pour something positive into the next generation. 🌱

Empowerment. Development. Guidance.

Coogee Stairs conquered! 💪

A great Term 3 Resilience Excursion with Lurnea High School, putting perseverance, resilience and determination into action.

The students were challenged to push themselves on the stairs, set personal targets and keep going when it got tough. It was awesome to see so many dig deep, encourage each other and push beyond what they thought they could do.

Resilience isn’t about it being easy, it’s about continuing when it’s hard.

Proud effort from the crew!
