POLICY REMINDER

Sadly I am having to remind all current and future clients about my policies after multiple cancellations and no-shows, there is a strict policy that needs to be adhered to. I am pretty lenient when you need to cancel when sick or family emergency, but if you feel like not paying a fee when I have asked, please understand YOU WILL NOT be able to book anymore. I am a small business owner trying to look after myself and my business. I am waiting on payments from multiple people and I have lost hundreds because of it, so if you have booked an appointment YOU HAVE AGREED to all policies!!
