There’s a BIG difference between handmade soap and the bars you’ll find on supermarket shelves 👀

We start with nourishing tallow & real oils, carefully blended with lye to create proper soap through saponification. During that process, glycerin is naturally produced — and we leave it right where it belongs.

Many commercial cleansing bars rely on synthetic detergents, and in traditional industrial soapmaking the valuable glycerin may be separated out for use in other products.

Our bars? Simple ingredients. Traditional process. Naturally occurring glycerin. No unnecessary stripping away of the good stuff. 🖤

One of the best parts wasn’t just the sales — it was hearing from so many of you who already use Wyld Hyde, love the products, have spotted us in your local stores, or simply recognised the brand. That was pretty special.

Every Wyld Hyde product is made by me, right here in Toodyay — from rendering the tallow, to formulating, making, filling and labelling each product.

We source our beef suet locally from Dowerin, WA, then render and refine it ourselves into premium cosmetic tallow, right here in Toodyay.

We know where it comes from. We know how it’s processed. And we know exactly what goes into the products we make with it.
