The last morning of my Melbourne trip. It starts similar but different. Volitions and coffe but in a different spot. Dedication and consistency. This is what hones our greatness.

Coffee and volitions. Ordinarily I would be sitting on my deck watching the sun rise doing this. The second photo shows the dark luxurious wet that is Melbourne at 6.30 am. No sun in my eyes today

We have exciting news!
From next Monday the 15th May we will be at a new home, located at Wenatex Showroom, 237 Waterworks Road, Ashgrove.
There is plenty of parking, including on street parking nearby. On the off chance that they are taken then both the Woolworths and Aldi shopping centre carparks are just around the corner. Alternatively, there is easy access to Ashgrove by bus.
We are looking forward to seeing you in-clinic!

Really interesting finding. Goes against the grain (pun intended) . That of the current media friendly diet recommendation that vegan is the only healthy option for longevity.

This was a great face to face seminar that I was involved in. Great information and was fantastic to see my peers in the flesh.
Worth getting involved
ACNEM’s Neuroinflammatory Conditions module provides a comprehensive overview of evidence-based therapies for neuroinflammatory disorders - the chronic conditions involving damage to the nervous system by the body’s own immune response.
Neurodegenerative disorders encompass a range of progressive central nervous system diseases, among which include Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis and chronic pain. Over recent years, indications as to the complex nature and multifactorial aetiology of such conditions have emerged.
Presenters include highly experienced clinicians, Dr Christabelle Yeoh, Dr Rashmi Cabena, Dr Denise Furness, Dr Nicole Nelson, Dr Oscar Serralach, Dr Sanjeev Sharma, Dr Frank Golik, Dr Scott Wustenberg and Reine Dubois.

I just learned where the statement about blowing smoke up someones .... came from. Fascinating that it has quite a different context to how we use it today . Used to alter gut brain function like a coffee e***a. Not gonna lie ... not my idea of a good time. How bout you?
Think I'll stick to Cryo and HBOT
To***co smoke e***a, what's the mechanism? Blowing smoke is no joke given microbiota-cannabinoid receptor gut-brain interaction. Nicotinic receptors never had it so good.
2022 update:
Let's research the science of female or**sm disorders (FODs) related to vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), cannabinoid receptors, serotonin, oxytocin and, of course, Lactobacillus.

Often we overlook its importance however recovery is just as important as training. Not only does it improve overall performance through enabling the body to push further but considered recovery allows time to build strength therefore decreasing the potential risk for injury. A combination of both rest and intentional recovery provide optimum results for the body to repair, build and strengthen.

Vitamin C is water soluble, and the body does not store it. To maintain adequate levels of vitamin C, people need to consume food that contains it every day.
The body needs vitamin C for various functions. Here are some of them:
It helps the body produce collagen, L-carnitine, and some neurotransmitters.
As an antioxidant, it helps remove unwanted substances known as reactive oxidative species (ROS) from the body.
It helps the body absorb iron.
It boosts the immune system.
It enhances wound healing.
ROS are substances such as free radicals that result from natural bodily processes, exposure to pollution, and other factors. They can lead to oxidative stress, which can, in turn, cause cell damage.
Vitamin C’s antioxidant activity may help reduce inflammation and lower the risk of developing various conditions, including some cancers.
The body needs vitamin C to produce collagen. This is the main component of connective tissue and makes up 1–2% of muscle tissue.
Sources of Vitamin C:
🍊 citrus fruit, such as oranges
🥝 kiwi fruit
🍓 strawberries
🥦 broccoli
🌱 brussels sprouts.
🥔 potatoes
