Retinol is a potent form of vitamin A known for its effectiveness in skincare. It reduces wrinkles, evens skin tone, and boosts collagen production. However, it can cause initial irritation and sun sensitivity, so start with low concentrations and use sunscreen. (YOU CAN BUY RETINOL AND SUNSCREEN ONLINE (or DM me) OR IN SALON!) While Retinol has great benefits for your skin, it can cause your skin to become quite delicate. If i was to wax over skin that regularly uses retinol, it can literally rip your skin off. Brutal, I know. This is why it is so important to let your therapist know! SWIPE TO SEE WHAT CAN HAPPEN. (Not my photos). I recommend you stop using retinol on the area needing to be waxed at least 7 days before your appointment!

With a wealth of experience in the beauty industry and half way through my diploma in beauty therapy, I've turned my lifelong passion into a fulfilling career. 👩🏼‍🔧 I was a heavy diesel mechanic apprentice for a year before I started studying my diploma in beauty therapy.
