Did You Know?

A common question we get is whether we have a HICAPS machine or accept the ADF Family Health Card. While we don’t have a HICAPS machine, we’re a registered provider! If your private health insurance covers remedial massage, you can apply for manual reimbursement. For those using the ADF Family Health Card, you can submit the gap for reimbursement through the app.

What is Kinesio Taping?

Kinesiology tape is designed to support injured areas by improving circulation and reducing swelling. Made from a cotton blend that mimics the skin's elasticity, it allows for a full range of motion. When applied, the tape gently lifts the skin, creating space between the skin and underlying tissues, which can aid recovery.
