I am incredibly excited to announce the launch of a retreat with a topic very close to my own heart! As someone who has battled with hormonal issues (both Thyroid and perimenopausal) over the last few years, I am excited to be able to hold a space for women to be able to come together, share and learn valuable, life- changing information.

Introducing our Healthy Hormones retreat, that will be held in Trentham (near Daylesford) in July.

A 3 day luxury retreat of rest, reconnection to self and with a focus on all things hormones - featuring the nutritionist, Elly McLean.

In addition to all the special things that make a "Bask Retreat", we are lucky enough to have Elly hosting an afternoon of workshops and a Q&A session.

With over 15 years’ experience in well-being and clinical nutrition, Elly is a specialist in real food, metabolic health, the Thyroid and female hormone balance. Elly is exceptional (and has quite literally changed my world!!) and we can guarantee you will walk away armed with some very valuable knowledge and a roadmap of how best to explore any hormonal issues you are faced with!

Suited to women of all ages, this is a weekend not to be missed!
