Service includes a Russian manicure before your enhancements are attached to help them look and last their best, all for $60

I'm a qualified nail tech specialising in gel nails and Russian Manicures.

If you know me, you know I'm passionate about keeping up my training and skills at all times.
As part of this I am currently learning some new techniques for manicure and builder gel/BIAB or hard gel application.

I need lots of step by step photos showing all stages of the manicure so I'm looking for models at reduced prices. If you're interested or want more info please drop a 💅 below.

Women's health issues and mental health are so often related.
Approx 64% of women with PCOS have depressive disorders.
For conditions that cause significant chronic pelvic pain like endometriosis and adenomyosis it's even higher.
As a woman with both PCOS and adenomyosis (until my hysterectomy earlier this year) I can attest that pain and loss of function played significant roles in my poor mental health.
The diagnosis and management are still so far behind and I know many women are ignored by medical professionals when they report menstrual pain as it's seen as 'normal.' It's absolutely NOT normal.
