Jaime Dorfman is a Naarm based knitwear designer & content creator we think you'll love! We first met her when she popped into our Northcote store, and we just had to know where she got her stunning jumper. Turns out, she made it herself!

Ana is a Portuguese illustrator and ceramicist we know you're gonna hand-on-Nimki heart love! Ana loves working with colour, bold shapes and quirky characters. We caught up with Anna for a cheeky interview, check it out below for your daily dose of inspo. You're welcome. 🙃

✨ Can you describe your art in one sentence?

I make colourful and fun illustrations and ceramic pieces, that spread a happy mood and childlike joy to everyone around them.

✨ Where do you go to for inspiration?

I believe that my work is very inspired by my childhood books, toys, games and everything I was surrounded by when I was a kid. Colorful images, quirky characters, bold shapes and balanced compositions always strike my attention.

To exercise my creativity I like to get out of the daily day business. It is important for me to stay by myself, quiet, sit at a terrace or by the sea, and focus on the surroundings - then I need my notebook and sketchpad and just have a moment to myself, where I can draw and bring ideas to the paper.

✨ What is your favourite part of your process?

As a creative, I must say that I love the "butterflies in my stomach" feeling when I think of something new to do next. I love the excitement of a new idea and the process to make it work. But I also love it when my illustrations or pieces brighten up someone's day :)
