Seeing this pav bhaji instantly took me back to my Manipal days. There was a little cart near Dollops where my friend and I would end up every other day. Our order was always the same: “Uncle, add more butter and make it extra hot!”
Some memories are best served on a butter-soaked pav bhaji plate. 🤣
