Hello everyone,
We are closed Friday 7th March. Inbound tropical cyclone Alfred is being closely monitored by SEQLD and we check BOM updates regularly. At this time it looks like it will be primarily impacting our location on both the 7th and 8th. Ipswich City Council released a potential disaster flood map, which (unfortunately as usual) cuts Ipswich off from Brisbane across the Brisbane River areas and the main motorway access. This may impact us for several days AFTER the cyclone if we experience this level of flooding, as transport for couriers and postal services may remain suspended. So there is potential that post lodgements may be delayed until late next week. It is hard to predict, but we have an update on our homepage to keep customers informed which can be checked daily.

As the next 7 days progress we will assess and decide accordingly about our daily operations; pertaining to travel for staff or when postal outlets reopen etc. Safety is our priority.

We may take longer to get back to our emails during this time. We greatly appreciate your understanding, and appreciate all the well wishes received during this time. Stay safe to all in SEQLD ❤️

Hello everyone,
We have an update on our homepage regarding the inbound tropical cyclone Alfred. We may be affected by flash flooding, power outages, staff staying at home due to disaster leave and so forth. Our area is being warned of flash flooding and winds up to 130km gusts - so as the week progresses we will assess and decide accordingly about our daily operations; pertaining to travel for staff or if schools have closed, in addition to our own property (where our business operates). Safety is paramount for us all.

We will update the website as the week progresses. Alfred is expected to arrive on Thursday, delays caused to our customers may be with postage resuming next week and a little longer to get back to our emails. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

On a secondary note there's a few emails in our ticketing system which we should have covered by tomorrow mid-morning - if you are awaiting a response from us regarding products/orders or general queries thank you kindly for your patience and we'll speak soon.
