The two-week review is one of the most clinically valuable parts of the treatment process, and one of the most underestimated.
In the weeks following a treatment, the skin and underlying tissues are still settling. Swelling resolves, product integrates, and the full picture of what has been achieved becomes clearer. A review at this stage allows for an honest assessment of the outcome, whether anything needs refining, and what the next step in a longer term plan might look like.
It's also where the relationship between practitioner and patient does its most important work. Seeing how an individual face responds over time is what allows recommendations to become personalised rather than generalised.
A single treatment gives you a result. A review appointment gives you a plan.
If you've recently had a treatment and haven't booked your follow up, send a message or book via the link in bio.

Two people can present with the same concern and need completely different approaches to address it well.
That's not a complication. It's anatomy. And it's the reason that any plan has to start with a thorough individual assessment rather than a standard offering applied to everyone who walks through the door.
The consultation here is where that assessment happens. It covers the face as a whole, what has changed, what is driving those changes, and what, if anything, makes genuine clinical sense to consider. The recommendations that follow come from that conversation.
A person who understands their own face is in the best position to make decisions that serve them well over time. That's what the consultation is designed to give you.

Bruising and downtime are a normal part of many aesthetic treatments. LED is one of the more effective ways to support the skin through that recovery period.
LED light therapy delivers specific wavelengths of light into the skin to encourage cellular repair and reduce inflammation. Red and near-infrared wavelengths in particular have a well-established role in accelerating the skin's healing response, which is why LED sits so naturally alongside treatments that create any degree of trauma or stress to the skin.
In practical terms, this can mean:
✔️ Reduced bruising and swelling
✔️ Shorter, more comfortable recovery after skin needling or resurfacing
✔️ Calmer, less reactive skin in the days that follow a treatment session
✔️ Enhanced overall results as the skin heals in a more supported environment
It adds no downtime of its own and requires nothing from the skin in recovery. For anyone who has put off aesthetic treatments because of concerns about visible bruising or extended healing, it's worth knowing this option exists.
Ask about adding LED to your next appointment. Book via the link in bio or send a message.

The skin on the neck and décolletage is thinner than on the face, has less sebaceous support, and typically receives significant UV exposure with little to no protection applied. It's a combination that accelerates the visible effects of ageing in these areas, often earlier than people expect.
What tends to develop over time:
1️⃣ Loss of firmness and elasticity along the neck
2️⃣ Horizontal neck lines that deepen with age and prolonged screen use
3️⃣ Crepey texture and thinning across the décolletage
4️⃣ Sun-related pigmentation and uneven tone across the chest
The simplest starting point is extending the face routine downward consistently, cleanser, treatment, moisturiser, and SPF applied to the neck and chest as a matter of habit rather than an afterthought. Beyond that, a skin consultation can look at what else is worth considering for the specific changes that are already present.

Tired eyes? Persistent darkness and hollowing beneath the eye rarely comes down to one thing. For some, pigmentation is a factor. For many, what reads as darkness is actually shadow created by volume loss in the tear trough region as the fat pads beneath the eye gradually thin and descend with age.
Skin that has become thinner over time also allows the underlying vasculature to show through more visibly, contributing to a bluish tone that no amount of concealer fully addresses.
Getting to the right approach means understanding which of these factors is actually driving what you're seeing, because they respond to different treatments.
Rejuran is a popular choice for a range of under-eye concerns. It's a polynucleotide treatment that works by stimulating the skin's own repair and regeneration processes, improving thickness, quality, and resilience in the treated area over time. In the under-eye region, where the skin is particularly delicate, building the structural quality of the skin itself can make a meaningful difference to how the area looks and ages.
A consultation is where that assessment starts.

Cleansing is the step most people underestimate, and the one that has the most potential to undo everything else in a routine.
The Dr. Spiller Cleansing Milk is formulated for skin that needs effective removal of impurities without disruption to the barrier in the process. It's a gentle, emulsion-based cleanser that lifts surface debris and residue while maintaining the skin's natural moisture balance, making it particularly well-suited to dry, sensitive, or mature skin types that react poorly to foam or gel formulations.
It's not the most glamorous product in a routine. But it matters more than most. Interested in whether it belongs in yours? Send a message or book a skin consultation.

Age management done well is slow, considered work. It rewards consistency and a long view far more than it rewards urgency.

As the season shifts, so does the skin's environment, and for many people, the routine that worked through summer starts to feel like it's falling short.
Here's what's worth reviewing as the cooler months set in:
1️⃣ Cleanser: if you've been using something foaming or gel-based through summer, consider moving to something gentler and more hydrating as humidity drops and the skin's moisture retention becomes less efficient
2️⃣ Hydration layers: a humectant serum becomes more important when the air is drier, drawing and holding water in the skin rather than relying on ambient moisture
3️⃣ Moisturiser: richer occlusive formulations help seal in what you've built underneath and protect the barrier against the drying effects of cooler air and indoor heating
4️⃣ SPF: the UV index drops in autumn but doesn't disappear. Daily broad-spectrum SPF remains non-negotiable year round
Autumn is also a good time to review the skin overall. Summer UV exposure can leave its mark, and addressing pigmentation, texture, and barrier health now sets the skin up well for winter treatments.
Send a message or book a skin consultation to reassess your routine for the season ahead.

Jawline concerns are one of the most common topics that comes up in consultation, but what people are actually looking for varies significantly between men and women, and understanding that difference matters clinically.
For women, the conversation tends to centre on softening jowl formation, restoring definition that has shifted with age, and maintaining a jaw that feels balanced with the rest of the face. The aesthetic is generally one of smooth, clean transition from the lower face to the neck.
For men, the priorities are often different. A stronger, more angular jaw is frequently what's being sought, with more emphasis on squareness and definition at the corners. Skin laxity along the jawline and the development of banding in the neck tend to become concerns a little later, but are equally relevant with age.
In both cases, what guides any assessment is the individual face, its proportions, its structure, and how it has changed over time, rather than a generic ideal applied from the outside.
What a 'good' jawline looks like is entirely personal. A consultation is where that conversation starts.
