Hand made volume lashes - what are they?
A volume lash set is designed to give you extra fullness to your lashes, they can be natural, full, or super full, tailored to your liking. Hand made volume consists of individual extensions being hand-crafted into a volume fan, and can contain anywhere between 3-20 lashes in one fan! One fan is placed on one of your lashes, which gives you that gorgeous volume. I use a range of diameters and lengths, depending on what weight your natural lashes can hold.
But what is so special about hand made volume lashes?
Because i am hand-making each individual fan, i can customise the weight, length and dimensions of each fan, to suit each individual natural lash. Some lashes are stronger than others, so it is crucial to be adding the correct weight to avoid damage to the natural lashes. I also have the ability to wrap the fan around the natural lash, creating better retention.
Volume lashes look different on everyone, and everyone has different preferences, some like light volume, and some like mega volume, but the type of set you can achieve will all depend on your natural lash health.

Another amazing thing about hand-made lash extensions is that they can be so customisable, closed fans, open fans, wide fans, narrow fans. I can make spikes to create a wispy look, and use a range of diameters to create a light set or a mega volume set. All of the styles i offer (except traditional classics as this is a 1:1 ratio) are hand-made.
The possibilities are endless with hand-made lash extensions!

🤍 Mixed Curl Hybrid 🤍
This has been one of my favourite styles to create lately!
My hybrids are created a little different to most standard hybrid sets, which are usually created using a 1:1 ratio (50/50) of one classic lash, and one volume lash. I like to be a little different. This set was created with no pattern, but is a mixture of 2 single volume lashes (creating a ‘classic’ lash) and closed volume fans, both 0.05. I find that classic lashes aren’t as soft as volume lashes, and i want my sets to be as consistent as possible, so using 0.05 for ‘classics’ and the closed fans, creates a super soft to the touch set.
This set was also created using 5 different curls! Ranging from B-curl all the way to L-curl!

Lash recipe:
Inner half of the eye starts using B-curl, C-curl, then CC-curl.

Outer half of the eye continues from CC-curl, D-curl, then L-curl!

7B, 8B, 9B, 10C, 11C, 11CC, 12CC, 12D, 13D, 13L, 14L, 12L, 11L

Throughout that map i’ll add a few ‘classic’ lashes in as small ‘spikes’ just to create a little bit of texture

🔥 Hybrid cat eye 🔥
This was SO much fun to create! Tiana has quite a difficult eye shape to master, but i think we hit the nail on the head with this one!
Here i used 4 different curls to create a lift to her downturned eyes. One of Tianas eyes is hooded and the other isn’t, so that was also a challenge to create even eyes with her lashes. I started off with a C-curl, and worked all the way up to an L-curl to create a lifted ‘swoop’ effect.
