This little man teaches me the importance of perseverance everyday! He might be the last one on the playground to walk (unassisted), but he just keeps going at his own pace. My little perfectionist is running 😜 his own race. I think we all need the reminder sometimes.

The 40-hour week isn't working anymore. It's time we switched to a 15-hour one. There are strong economic, environmental, and equality arguments for working fewer hours. According to several reports, it is achievable.
