And sometimes it’s to tell you we’re better off leaving something alone.

I’ll always give you my genuine opinion, even when that means saying no — because your safety, your long-term results and what’s actually right for you will always come first.

Ask the questions. Take your time. It’s about what makes sense for you. 🤎

Same concern, same treatment plan? Not necessarily 👀

Two people can come in wanting help with the exact same thing and leave with completely different treatment plans.

Why? Because unfortunately, we’re all a little complicated 😂

Your anatomy, muscle movement, skin, metabolism, lifestyle and treatment history all get a say.

Which is exactly why I don’t believe in copy + paste treatment plans. What works beautifully for your friend might not be what I recommend for you 🫶
