There are lots of things that you can to do maintain healthy hair. But today I'm gonna focus on 2 main things 👇🏾

1. Hydration. This starts with the shampoo you use and includes everything in between. Shampoos contribute to the moisture levels in your hair, and so you want to ensure that what's you're using is adding and not stripping moisture from your hair, even as it's cleansing the dirt and buildup from your hair. Of course, we all know the conditioner is important as well (make sure there's lots of slip!) as the styling products you use. The type of product needed would depend on the type of style you're doing. Sometimes, a leave in and a gel are enough and other times you may need to layer on additional products.

2. Sealing.

It's not just about using hydrating or moisturizing products but also ensuring that you're sealing in that moisture properly. Using a hair cream, butter or oil helps to seal in that moisture and keep your curls hydrated, bouncy and healthy.
