Ingredients:
Marie Gold biscuits (1 packets)
1 cup whipping cream (cold)

1 cup strong coffee mixed with warm water ( let it cool)
1–2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
cream cheese (2 table spoon )
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Make the cream layer
Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form
Add cream cheese
Mix gently (don’t overbeat)
2. Prepare coffee dip
Make strong coffee and let it cool
(Optional: add a little sugar)
3. Dip the biscuits
Quickly dip Marie biscuits in coffee
Don’t soak too long, or they’ll break
4. Layering
First layer: dipped biscuits then add chocolate syrup
Second layer: cream mixture
Repeat layers (2 layers works best)5. Final touch
Dust cocoa powder on top.

Refrigerate for 4–6 hours
