I know the road is difficult, but I also know what I stand for. I will keep moving forward with courage, faith, and purpose. Whatever comes, I will face it. ✊

Arakan is our home, not the refugee camp. We are struggling to survive in the camps, but our hearts, identity, and dreams remain in Arakan. We long for the day when we can return home and live with dignity, freedom, safety, and peace. 🕊️

🎤 Presenting on Trait Theory of Leadership

It was a great opportunity to present and explain the Trait Theory of Leadership at the UCR Office in front of distinction holders. During my presentation, I discussed the key leadership traits such as integrity, confidence, communication, responsibility, intelligence, and empathy, and how these qualities help individuals become effective leaders.

I believe leadership is not only about leading others but also about continuously developing ourselves and inspiring positive change.

Thank you to everyone who listened and participated. I look forward to learning, growing, and sharing more knowledge in the future.
