Impacted upper right canine with dentigerous cyst.
Extraction of impacted canine and enucleation of cyst with preservation of all structures under LA.

Surgical extraction of Horizontal impacted lower left 3rd molar.
Inferior alveolar nerve was very close to the root and root was curve in apical region.
Nerve preserved carefully. Alhamdulillah.

Patient complain of pain at upper right side of jaw.
H/O RCT at upper right 1st molar 2 years back. On examination founded percussion pain on that tooth. R/F Radiolucencies on apical region of 1st molar and Gross caries on 2nd molar.
Then Re-RCT at 1st molar and RCT on 2nd molar done.

RCT of lower right 1st molar tooth.

Intact extracted maxillary left 3rd molar with 5 roots.
