OUR INFORMATION & POLICIES:

— Afiaan's by Afia Anzum is a Bridal Makeover Studio. We offer Bridal and Party Makeover services. We will provide our detailed address after booking confirmation.

— We take appointment for Dhaka and other district also. Outside Bogura we provide home service. Client has to pay the home service charge.

— Booking has to be done at least 2 weeks before the event. Emergency Booking depends on the availability of the Slots.

— Booking has to be done online. 50% advance needed to be deposit to confirm the slot. Advance moneys are non-refundable and non-adjustable by anyway.

— Before paying the advance, inbox to our page & double check that your desire date and slot are still available or not.

— Client need to clear all her dues before taking the service. After paying her due we will start our process. If a Bride booked for more than one day she has to clear her dues on 1st day of her appointment.

— Brides can bring one guest (female) with her who can take care of her stuff (especially gold jewelries). No children are allowed to bring.. Kindly bring all the necessary things for a panic free get ready session.

— We won’t be responsible for anything if you lose by any chance. so, please bring one responsible person with you who can take care of your gold, dress, jewelry, money, phone and other necessary things or take care it by yourself.

— Clients must be on time. If the client is 30 minutes late from her slot time, she will have to pay 2000/- extra to compensate for the delay.

— We do not provide party makeovers on the bride . If you book for a party makeup being a bride without letting us know. We will cancel the appointment on the spot without any refund.

— We take permission from our client before taking pictures and videos. After posting it on social media we do not delete it. So make sure if you don't want us to post it on social media then confirm it before your Makeover is done.

— We will honor you a discount (up to 5%) as a token of love, only if the client books for more than 2 events. This is only for Bridal Packages.

— If you have any skin issues, please discuss it with us before choosing any package.

— We provide Skin & Makeup tips and suggestions after booking. if you do not follow them properly. if you skip any of them or if you have any special skin issues and your makeup doesn’t enhance, you can’t blame us.

— If a bride has any queries regarding makeup and hairstyles. They can personally discuss with us after the booking done. We do not suggest anything before booking confirmation.

— In case of any property damage by the client, they have to bear the appropriate compensation for that damage.
