Today, I had a client who made an appointment for a whole body massage. He is a builder and has his own business. He complained a lot of pain in the different parts of his body particularly the neck, shoulder and the back both the lower and upper back. His whole body was massaged except for his head since he doesn't want his hair to be stained with oil because he still has an appointment to attend to. I adviced him next time when he made an appointment, make sure that he'll do nothing after the massage. The body has been worked up so it needs to rest and recuperate. Taking care of your body is the best thing you can ever do for yourself. It's is your most priceless possession
