Cheesy Tomato & Bacon Twists 🥓🧀🍅
Quick, easy, and absolutely delicious! 😍

Ingredients:

* 2 sheets of puff pastry
* 9 slices of bacon
* Cheese (grated or slices, your choice)
* Cherry tomatoes (halved)
* 1 egg (for egg wash)

Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Lay out the puff pastry sheets and top with cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and slices of bacon.
3. Cut the pastry into strips and twist each strip several times to form spirals.
4. Brush each twist with beaten egg for a golden finish.
5. Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and crispy.

* 5 medium potatoes
* 40 g cream cheese
* 50 g Parmesan
* Mozzarella
* 120 ml milk

* Salt, paprika, mixed herbs
* Garlic powder, minced garlic
* Onion powder/granules

🍗 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
🥛 1/4 cup plain yogurt
🧄 1 tbsp garlic paste

🍚 3 cups basmati rice (washed & soaked)
🥣 1 tbsp chicken bouillon/vegeta

🍗 3 cups chicken stock/broth

— Salad —
🧅 1/2 red onion
🥒 3 mini cucumbers

Lent Baked Potatoes with Pumpkin 🥔

Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Pumpkin
- Onion
- Olive oil or sunflower oil
- Spices: dried herbs, salt, pepper, rosemary, basil, and minced garlic
- Barberry (optional)

Preparation:
1. Slice potatoes and pumpkin into thin pieces (use equal amounts).
2. Cut onion into rings.
3. Mix oil with dried herbs, salt, pepper, rosemary, basil, and garlic.
4. Layer potatoes and pumpkin in a baking dish, brushing each layer with the flavored oil.
5. Top with barberry if using.
6. Bake at 180-200°C (350-400°F) until tender.

Brushing:
- Egg – 1pc
- Seeds (sesame, poppy, etc.)

Preparation:
1. Grate all cheeses, add egg, salt, and chopped greens. Mix well.
2. Thaw puff pastry, roll out slightly, and cut into 4 squares.
3. Place cheese filling on each square, fold into envelopes or triangles.
4. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment, brush with egg, and sprinkle with seeds.
5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Mexican Quesadilla
Ingredients:
- Smoked chicken 100g
- Greens 1 bunch
- Cheese 60g
- Sweet and sour sauce 50g
- Tortilla 1pc
- Vegetable oil

Method:
1. Shred the chicken into small pieces.
2. Chop the greens.
3. Mix sauce and grated cheese with chicken.
4. Heat a pan, grease with oil and toast the tortilla.
5. Add the filling and fold it like a wrap.
6. Cut into 4 pieces, garnish with greens, and serve.
