This time we would like to share a piece of work that not every dreadlock artist is willing to take on.
The main challenge was the hair type - thick, straight hair that can be very difficult to lock and maintain. It requires a different approach, more time, and greater attention to detail.
We successfully created dreadlocks for the upper section of the hair, and while straight hair usually requires more frequent maintenance than curly hair, the result was absolutely worth it.
Everyone was more than happy with the outcome 🤍

If you swipe to the end of the carousel, you'll see that this set was created with hair extensions. But there is a deeply meaningful story behind this work.
Two dreadlocks were made from the hair of the client's closest loved ones: one from his daughter's hair and one from his wife's hair.
These dreadlocks became more than just part of the hairstyle, they are a symbol of connection, love, and family.

Olena's Dreadlock Transformation
Olena came back for a fresh start on her dreadlock journey.
Her previous dreadlocks were much thicker, but this time we created 66 thinner natural dreadlocks using only her own hair. The result is a lighter look with more movement, definition, and flexibility.
Natural dreadlocks continue to evolve over time. As they mature, they become more compact, balanced, and full of character. What you see now is just the beginning of their journey.
