Light's Kids in Family

On June 16, Light's Kids in Family has dedicated this day as a Global Day of Prayer for Children around the world — in America, Oceania, Asia, Africa, and Europe.
We invite you to pray for children, starting from your own community, your country, and wherever you see children in need. Pray for their spiritual, physical, educational, and social well-being.
The prayer program begins at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and ends at 12:00 p.m. (midday).
Theme:
"Let us all rise together to prepare a generation of light, for a child is the future of a nation."

Light's Kids in Family (LKF) œuvre dans la formation et le renforcement des capacités des enseignants qui servent dans le ministère des enfants (École du Dimanche) au sein de différentes églises.
Samedi dernier le 07/06/2026, LKF s'est associé à l'Église EDIAP au Burundi pour un programme de formation de sept (7) jours visant à aider les enseignants à mieux enseigner les enfants.
Nous vous demandons de continuer à prier pour nous afin que cette activité se déroule dans de bonnes conditions. Nous croyons qu'elle apportera des résultats exceptionnels dans la vie de nombreux enfants.
Nous profitons également de cette occasion pour lancer un appel à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent mieux enseigner les enfants, ou qui désirent être accompagnées dans la formation, l'organisation des réunions pour enfants ainsi que la création de petits groupes (clubs). Nous sommes disponibles pour collaborer avec vous dans l'œuvre de Dieu.

Père céleste, Maître des cieux et de toute la création, je te remercie parce que tu m'as créé d'une manière admirable et merveilleuse. Je ne suis pas sans valeur, car je suis ton œuvre.
En ce jour, à cette date précise, je te présente tes saints serviteurs. Bénis-les, donne-leur la sagesse et la capacité d'accomplir ton œuvre. Qu'ils manifestent ton amour envers leur prochain. Il y a des enfants qui semblent abandonnés, mais je sais que tu as appelé certaines personnes à être proches d'eux et à prendre soin d'eux. Utilise-les afin qu'ils accomplissent la mission que tu leur as confiée et soutiens-les dans leur service.

Challenges Facing Many Children Around the World and Possible Solutions
Children are the future of every family, community, and nation. Unfortunately, many children around the world face serious challenges that affect their physical, emotional, social, educational, and spiritual development.

1. Loss of Parents or Lack of Parental Care
Many children:

Lose one or both parents at a young age and become orphans.
Grow up in broken families due to divorce or separation.
Lack proper care because their parents or guardians struggle with alcoholism, drug abuse, or other harmful behaviors.
Receive little parental attention because their parents are constantly occupied with work and economic pressures, leaving home early and returning late.
Effects
Emotional pain and loneliness.
Lack of guidance and positive role models.
Increased vulnerability to negative influences.

2. Lack of Educational Support
Many children:

Do not receive adequate supervision in their studies.
Lack encouragement and assistance with schoolwork.
Have no mentors to guide them in making wise decisions.

Do not have access to quality healthcare.
Are not taken to medical facilities when they are sick.

Many children:

Do not have enough nutritious food.
