Prep & Cook Time:
⏱️ 5 minutes if quinoa is pre-cooked
⏱️ 15 minutes total if cooking quinoa fresh

Ingredients (serves 1–2):

1 cup cooked quinoa (warm or chilled)

1 ripe banana, sliced 🍌

½ cup fresh blueberries

2–3 tbsp goji berries

2 tbsp slivered almonds

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Optional: drizzle of honey or sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions:

Cook quinoa until fluffy (about 12–15 minutes, if not already prepared).

Add quinoa to your bowl.
