Client Policy & Terms 🗣️
To provide the best experience for everyone, please review the following before booking:

💳 Deposit Policy:
*A $25 non-refundable deposit is required within 1 hour of booking. Without this deposit, your appointment will be automatically canceled. The deposit goes toward your total balance.

🗓️ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
*You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

⏰ Lateness Policy:
*A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 30 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. • If my schedule allows, a $30 late fee can be paid to retain your appointment.

⏳ If I’m Running Late:
*Should I be late to your appointment, $25 will be deducted from your total and credited toward your next appointment.

*💨 Complimentary Services: All services include a complimentary blow-out.
