Stop being scared to promote your work! Forget the likes, trust me, they see you‼️

Let’s get one thing straight✨🤌🏽
🗣️ NAILS. DON’T. BREATHE‼️

Your nails ain’t lungs, sis. They don’t need air they need care. That “let them breathe” talk?
Is Cute, but false. 🥴🙄

What your nails really need is:
✨ A break from damage, not OXYGEN.
✨ Hydration, not hesitation.
✨ A tech who knows her facts.

Ooh hey, it’s me. 🤭🎀👋🏽

So no, you don’t need to let your nails breathe…
But you might need to let that myth go. Im just saying sis, Them myths will be the death of you!

🗣️A FEW MORE EDUCATIONAL TIPS:

Let’s clear this up some more 🤭 Your nails are made of keratin, Once again they don’t need oxygen from the air 😩 they get all their nutrients from your bloodstream.

So when we give nails a break, it’s not to “breathe” it’s to recover from damage, thinning, or overuse of products. 🫶🏽

✨ Healthy nails = flawless sets that last.
✨ A little TLC goes a long way.

I hope this helped someone who may be confused.

Sincerely, A nail tech who truly cares🤌🏽🌸🎀💅🏽🥰
