One thing we cannot predict is how breastfeeding and recovery is going to go in the post-partum period. The best we can do is plan! There are lots of potential interventions that can interfere with breastfeeding and lots of those are out of our control. The best thing we can do is to advocate for these simple measures to be part of your post-partum breastfeeding plan and you will have great chances of a successful breastfeeding journey!
