Anyone having spring fever… let’s get you lightened up for spring!

Have a friend wanting to come too… great book together.

Let’s have some fun and get ready for spring and summer!

With Good Mental Health – I just got recognized as one of their top fans! 🎉

@keeganjasper Create the reality you want!!! We must experience the opposite in the things we want to achieve. Meaning if we want to become successful, we must first experience failure. It’s so important to recognize one is just as necessary as the other, even though one is usually not wanted. Become comfortable being uncomfortable!!!

Kicking off Employee Appreciation Month by supporting the Renfrew & Area Seniors' Home Support & Golden Age Activity Centre by giving out Tim Hortons Smile Cookies to all of our employees, residents, and even our hair stylists from Kelly's Salon Services Unbound Inc. Sweet treats for everyone!

Thank you everyone for all your love and support! Brittany and I couldn't be successful without all of your help.
