To all our clients we have decided to put a cancellation policy in the place starting Tuesday April 27th. If you are unable to make your appointment, 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment and clients on my waiting list are missing an opportunity as well. If you are going to be late for your appointment notice is required. There’s a 15M grace period, this may affect the amount of available time to complete your service. If you are more than 15M late we am unable to fulfill the service and it would considered a no show. The fee will be added to your next appointment upon booking.
* Notification given at least 24H prior to your appointment will receive no charge.
* Notification given less then 24H prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked.
* Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Hello my beautiful clients!!! I just want to touch base with you all and tell you that I miss you so much!! I’m doing really well but planning on taking some time off. I’m not sure how long but for sure till after the summer.
Some of you may already know but for a while now I’ve been wanting to sell my salon, just because of not wanting to do book work anymore.
