This client is presenting with active inflammatory acne, follicular congestion, and PIH — post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation left behind after previous breakouts.

Back acne can be aggravated by aggressive exfoliation, picking, friction from tight clothing, oily hair products, and remaining in sweaty clothing after workouts. These factors can increase irritation and contribute to more breakouts and lingering pigmentation.

We’re beginning a series of Alex Cosmetics Herbal Peel treatments to support cellular turnover, reduce congestion, and gradually improve the appearance of active acne, PIH, and uneven skin texture.

This is the before and session one. Real results require consistency, appropriate home care, and a customized treatment plan.
