I just wanted to give a little reminder of my schedule and how you can book! As well as my policies!

I am at soul 3 days a week. Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday. I work from my home salon most Thursday, Fridays and some Saturdays! My Hours vary!

I’m accepting new clients but limited availability

I open my online booking month to month, this allows me to make sure I get my regulars booked in first. But if you ever don’t see something that works for you just send me a message and sometimes I can make something work.

Cancellations/no show policy:
I require 24hours notice or there is a fee of %50 of the booked service! Which would need to be payed before rebooking.

Being late:
Please show up on time for your appointment or even 5minutes early.
I give a 5-15min grace period for being late (shorter service, shorter grace period, longer services gives us a little more wiggle room)
Anything beyond is considered a no show and we would have to reschedule due to not having enough time to complete the service. The no show fee would still need to be paid.

If you are going to be late always let your service provider know 🙏
