Last week, I found myself driving around with White Gold in my car, walking into local businesses, introducing myself and leaving marketing kits behind.

And I’ll be honest… that still feels a little surreal.

What started in my kitchen as something I made for myself has slowly turned into four blends, countless batches, incredible messages from people using it, and now conversations with local retailers about putting White Gold on their shelves.

I have no big team behind me. No fancy production facility. Most days it’s just me, my kitchen, a lot of rendered tallow… and an idea I decided to keep following. 😂

I don’t know exactly where White Gold is going.

But I’m really glad I didn’t leave the idea sitting in my head. 🤍

When I started making whipped tallow almost two years ago, I was making it for family and friends.

Today is another exciting step in the journey.

I’ve officially submitted my cosmetic notification to Health Canada.

Every batch is still handcrafted right here in the 1000 Islands using carefully rendered local tallow and quality ingredients, but as this little business continues to grow, I’m committed to doing things the right way.
