A long time ago, I went to Victoria in the summer and all I remember was the abundance of flowers, which made it perfect for taking pictures. This time, I revisited Victoria and would like to recommend a few places that are great to bring kids to. For parents who are struggling to decide where to take their children on weekends, you can refer to this itinerary.

🌟 Itinerary: We booked the 9 a.m. ferry at Tsawwassen Ferry. You can choose to drive or take the sea bus. Be sure to arrive at least an hour in advance. To ensure that we boarded on time, we arrived at 7:30 a.m. to queue up. If you arrive early, you can park your car and explore the surroundings. When it's time to board, there will be a broadcast reminder. Note which deck your car is on to avoid confusion when disembarking.

🌟 Victoria's attractions are concentrated in the downtown area, and the island is not very large. It's not easy to find parking, but you can buy a day pass for the public parking lot near the Parliament Building or the Royal BC Museum. You can easily explore all the attractions on foot.

🌟 We went to Miniature World first. It's a miniature world where children can have a lot of fun. Many models have buttons that children can press, making it a source of happiness for children. Both children and adults will feel like they have stumbled into a magical world. (This takes about 1-2 hours)

🌟 After visiting Miniature World, it's already lunchtime. If the weather is good, you can walk to Fisherman's Wharf and explore the area. Across from Fisherman's Wharf is the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia. If you're interested, you can go inside and take a look. It's a beautiful building, and there are also horse-drawn carriages nearby that you can take to explore Victoria.

🌟 If the weather is good after lunch, we highly recommend going to Beacon Hill Park. There are many small animals inside the park, and it's also a great place to take a walk after a satisfying meal.

🌟 Due to the weather, we decided to visit the Royal BC Museum. The museum's natural history gallery is very well done, with excellent exhibits on underwater and ecosystem. Children can play and learn a lot about marine life, and there's also a section where they can simulate being a ship captain. There's also an IMAX theater, which we didn't visit, but it's worth checking out if you're interested.

🌟 We left the museum at around 5 p.m., and the children were already very tired after a long day of playing. We originally booked the 9 p.m. ferry, but we decided to leave early. We didn't change our booking online, but when we arrived at the ferry terminal, the staff arranged for us to join a different queue. If there are extra spots available, you can board. If not, you'll have to wait for the next ferry. We were fortunate enough to catch the 6 p.m. ferry.
