Here, we have an athlete experience a hematoma (swelling of clotting blood underneath the skin). We typically apply an to mitigate bleeding underneath the skin and to modulate pain.
Our plant 🌱 based spray vasoconstricts (shrinks) damaged blood vessels (venules and capillaries beds) as-result, reduces bleeding into area (interstitium). The cooling effect acts as an analgesic therefore, mitigating pain.
Used as a counter irritant it can also be used to provide temporary relief of arthritis pain, backache, muscle strain joint sprain and painful bruising (hematoma).
