Our perfumes are made of the highest concentration of fragrance to alcohol ratio, in comparison to an eau de toilette or eau be parfum which will increase longevity of wear.

One of the few “dupes” that we have. While we love creating our own original scents, we have a couple “inspired by” fragrances in our shop and this is one of them! If you know Jo Malone’s Woodsage + Seasalt, this parfum is pretty much identical! Think mineral notes of sea salt, bright citrus, grounding sage and wood notes. Perfect for that fresh + clean vibe with a touch of sophistication!

Hormones? Huh?

It is important to us that we only use ingredients for our fragrances that are phthalate free. Phthalates are known to be hormone disrupters, but what does that really mean?

- Phthalates can impact reproductive health and fetus development. They are linked to lower s***m count and quality in men PCOS, endometriosis, and primary ovarian insufficiency in women. Can cause ge***al malformations in male fetuses (often called “phthalate syndrome”) and contribute to early or delayed puberty.

- Phthalates can impact our metabolism and act as “obesogens,” interacting with receptors that regulate fat storage and causing insulin resistance, which may lead to Type 2 diabetes.

- They can block the action of thyroid hormones, which are critical for brain development and metabolism.

But don’t worry, we got your back, ain’t no phthalates in our formulas ❤️

I’ll be honest…

2025 was one for the books. I took risks, put my business out there in ways that made me uncomfortable and met/exceeded my unrealistic (so I thought) expectations for the year.

Now I sit here…
Anxiously planning, thinking, reflecting.

I know 2026 will be different, I know my capacity won’t be the same welcoming a new baby in April. I know I want more time for family, connection and balance.

But then the imposter syndrome creeps in….. what if I don’t do enough? What if people forget about my company? What if I don’t make enough money? What if I can’t keep up? What if my competition wins over my customers? What if it all crumbles and my hard work was for nothing?

BUT………WHAT OF IT ALL WORKS OUT?

So if you’re feeling the weight of a new year without certainty of how it’ll all go (nothing in life is EVER certain), then you are not alone.
