I’ve been practicing cupping therapy for almost five years now, and I still love it just as much as I did when I first learned it. Cupping does something hands alone can’t—it creates space within the layers of muscle and fascia, promotes fresh blood flow, and increases mobility. I love using cups both statically and dynamically to enhance my clients’ massage sessions. Whether it’s a full-body cupping treatment or just focusing on one area, cupping is always effective—for both my clients and me! It gives my hands a break while still delivering incredible results. If you’ve never tried it before, don’t be afraid—many of my clients are surprised by how amazing it feels! And yes, it is possible to do cupping without leaving marks.
